While most of our clients are Evangelical or Catholic Christians, our team is eager to meet the needs of persons not practicing faith or those wishing not to integrate faith into their clinical work. Individual counseling is an investment in yourself. We think you’re worth it! If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other concerns, reach out!

Groups can be small, involving 3-4 clients, but are often larger with 7-12. A group typically meets once per week for 1-2 hours and may have one or two clinicians leading your group.

Family counseling is designed to address specific issues affecting the emotional and mental health of the family system. If your family is struggling, we can help.

Most pre-marital counseling will take 4-6 sessions. You can expect to benefit from the insights of a personality assessment and numerous relationship enhancing tools such as effective communication strategies, rules to fighting fair and goal setting.
