Hi! My name is Cindy Garafolo. I have been married to my husband, Jonathan, for almost 30 years and have raised 3 children. Throughout my personal journey and professional work, I've developed a deep passion for witnessing God's redemptive healing in relationships, especially in marriage and families. I've been privileged to help countless couples overcome challenges and reignite their relationships, restoring love and connection. This is my heart's work!

I offer counseling to parents, couples, families, women, young adults, and tweens/teens (age 10 and up). My mission is to empower you to discover your true passion and embrace your calling in life. Together, we'll work in therapy to provide support, encouragement, and practical resources that will help you become the healthiest, most fulfilled version of yourself.

I also specialize in helping individuals tap into their Emotional Intelligence to better understand and manage their emotions.
