Jessica Exline, Intern in Florida
Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges? Maybe you’re navigating complicated family dynamics, struggling with feelings of isolation, or facing difficult transitions like divorce, infertility, or loss. Perhaps you’re walking through the emotional weight of a daunting medical diagnosis or life with family members who have special needs. Life can feel heavy, and you don’t have to carry that burden alone.
Hello! My name is Jessica Exline. A few years ago, God placed a calling on my heart to pursue becoming a licensed professional counselor so I could walk alongside people like you, those who are hurting, feeling stuck, or searching for hope. I bring a wealth of life experience to the counseling profession as an active-duty Army wife of 20 years. I’ve not only witnessed but lived through seasons of separation, uncertainty, and hardship. These experiences give me a deep empathy and understanding for the struggles others face, allowing me to connect authentically and offer compassionate support.
I believe every individual is uniquely created by God for a good and special purpose. Yet, life’s challenges can make it hard to see that purpose clearly. My heart is drawn to people of all ages who are struggling, and I desire to extend the love of Jesus in a way that is genuine, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping equip you with practical skills and tools to experience joy, peace, and healing. This may look different for each individual. I believe in autonomy and deeply respect each person’s ability to choose what is best for themselves. My promise is to make every effort to help you achieve victory as you define it.
From young children to the most seasoned adults, I welcome clients from all stages and backgrounds. I love meeting people from different cultures and hearing each person’s unique perspective on the world. Whether you choose to incorporate your faith into counseling or prefer a more secular approach, I will honor your decision and strive to provide an impactful counseling experience. For those who desire to integrate their Christian faith, I cherish that opportunity and consider it a sacred part of the counseling journey.
I look forward to meeting you on your journey and sharing hope for a brighter tomorrow!
