Wesley Chapel, Tampa, Lutz, and Nearby Areas
We offer customized plans.
Is your schedule demanding and unpredictable?
Does the idea of committing to a weekly appointment feel overwhelming and just not doable to your already hectic life?
Do you feel like you need a lot of help and you need it right now?
If you answered, “Yes,” to any of these questions, consider scheduling a personalized intensive. We offer Intensives to Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, and nearby areas. Intensive therapy is done in multiple 2-hour chunks, usually between 2 days. This style of intervention can give immediate relief and traction. You will work with your clinician to customize a treatment plan that meets your needs. Together you can determine the days and times that work for you. You can also select the therapeutic approach you’d like: talk therapy or a brain-based therapy, such as EMDR and Brainspotting.

Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation
This is an opportunity to have your questions answered and discuss any thoughts you may have. We want you to be confident in choosing this path and be ready to receive healing. Therefore, if you wish to have a deeper conversation or meet in person, you will need to schedule a 50-minute appointment. In this time, you and your therapist can get to know one another further and you can determine if they are a good fit.
If you decide that this is the right intervention for you, your therapist will work with you to create a customized Intensive plan.
Choose Therapeutic Approach
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment and won’t box you into a standardized plan. In fact, our therapists are well-trained in a variety of evidence-based counseling models, techniques, and approaches. Regardless of the therapeutic approach you select in advance, you can expect your clinician to be fluid and flexible, adjusting sessions as needed to prioritize your individual needs. You can choose a talk-therapy Intensive or a brain-based Intensive, rooted in either EMDR or Brainspotting.
Design a Schedule
Intensives are offered for 4, 6, or 8 hours, broken down into 2-hour chunks, usually between 2 days. The following are examples of what an Intensive Schedule may look like:
Sample Schedule A (4-hour Intensive)
Day 1: 8:00 - 10:00 / 1:00 - 3:00
Sample Schedule B (6-hour Intensive)
Day 1: 11:00 - 1:00 / 3:00 - 5:00
Day 2: 11:00 - 1:00
Sample Schedule C (8-hour Intensive)
Day 1: 8:00 - 10:00 / 12:00 - 2:00

"What is the financial commitment required for an Intensive?"
Intensives are offered in 4, 6, or 8-hour days by different providers, with rates commensurate to their credentials.
A breakdown of rates per provider is found on the good faith estimate under “Intensives.” Credit card information is required to book your multi-day Intensive, at which time 50% of the total cost is due. This deposit is not refundable. It is transferable if the Intensive is rescheduled, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before your initially scheduled start day and time. Because of the time commitment, your therapist is making to you, exceptions will only be made for true emergencies, at the discretion of your therapist.
The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on file during the first session of your Intensive.
