Mitchell Zak, Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida
Hello! My name is Mitchell Zak. I am passionate about serving the Lord by supporting those facing depression, spiritual challenges, and relationship struggles. Although I have seen a lot of pain, frustration, confusion, and hurt, I have also witnessed the personal, profound, and healing impact of the Holy Spirit in many lives. My hope and prayer is that each of my clients will experience the eternal living water Christ offers and discover that it never runs dry. I work with a wide range of clients, including teens, married couples, families, men, and elite athletes.
I believe our lives are shaped by what we value, believe, and pursue. I hope to guide my clients as they learn how life can change by working through the thoughts and beliefs that ultimately drive feelings and behaviors. I understand the overwhelming sense of having so much to do and not being sure where to begin. The good news is that God has created us to be relational and help each other. Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Do you feel lost or called to something greater, but simply do not know how to get there? Are you searching for purpose, meaning, joy, or healing? Are you ready to change from the inside out? If so, let's talk. I am looking forward to listening and working with you!
